Playground

Roles: child, sandbox, boundary, play, toy, supervision, enclosure, rules

Bounded spaces designed for consequence-free exploration — sandboxes, playgrounds, play areas where children can build, destroy, and experiment without real-world consequences. As a source domain, the playground foregrounds safety through containment: walls keep the danger out and the mess in, supervision is optional but available, and nothing built inside needs to survive past the session.
